Terms of Use

Use of the site

The site is provided free of charge for personal, informational use. You may read, share and link to any page. Please do not use automated tools in a way that overloads the site, try to break its security, or reuse its content to mislead others.

Information only, no guarantees

We work hard to be accurate, and time-sensitive facts carry an “as of” date. Release times, prices, editions, requirements and review scores can still change without notice, and some details are marked not confirmed. Always check the official store or Konami before you buy. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

No affiliation and trademarks

This is an unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Konami Digital Entertainment, Evil Empire or Motion Twin. Castlevania, Belmont's Curse and related names are trademarks of Konami Digital Entertainment; PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Steam belong to their owners. Names are used only to identify the game and platforms we write about.

Our content

The text and original artwork on this site belong to the site operator. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the page you quote. Official trailers remain the property of their owners and are shown only as embeds of Konami's own YouTube uploads.

Third-party links, embeds and ads

The site links to official stores, Konami's websites, review outlets and other sources, embeds YouTube videos and may show advertising. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. An ad is not an endorsement. See our privacy policy for how these services handle data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including purchasing decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Questions, corrections and rights-holder requests can be sent to hello@castlevaniabelmontscurse.net. More about how the site works is on the about page.
